Costs and delivery times
Different delivery costs will apply to different countries. These costs will be provided at the checkout. All orders are shipped from The Netherlands.

Customs charges may apply to orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU). These charges, such as customs duties, taxes, and fees, are determined by your country's customs policies and regulations. Any of these additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exception: For the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland, and Norway, all import duties, taxes, and fees are already included in your purchase price. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.

The delivery times can be from 1 to 14 days, depending on the country. After you placed your order, you will get an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery time.

Returns and exchanges
You can register a return within 14 days of delivery through our return portal. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any return costs, these are the customer's responsibility.

For customers in the EU, both exchanges and refunds are available. You can choose to exchange your item or request a refund. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will dispatch your exchange or issue your repayment within 14 days.

For customers outside of the EU, exchanges are not supported. If you need a different item or size, please register a return for a refund through our portal, and then place a new order on our website for the item you want. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your return arriving at our warehouse.
