Shipping policy
Carbon neutral shipping
All the CO2 that is emitted during the shipping process of our products is fully compensated. We work with an organization called The Green Branch, who carefully calculate our CO2 impact of shipments and then compensate this by planting trees in South America.
Free shipping is applicable in the following instances:
- Countries within the European Union (EU): orders above €100
- Rest of the world: orders above €250
Costs and delivery times
All orders are shipped from The Netherlands. If you are located in the Netherlands and your order value is less than €100, the delivery cost is €4.99. For other countries, different delivery costs will apply to different countries. These will be provided at the checkout.
After you placed your order, you will get an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery times. These delivery times can vary from 1 to 14 days, depending on the country. All Boldwill products are shipped from The Netherlands and worldwide shipping is available.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU), customs charges (such as import duties, local taxes, and handling fees) may apply. These charges are determined by your country's local customs regulations and are generally the responsibility of the customer. Below you can find the exceptions to this rule.
Fully covered regions: For the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, all import duties, taxes, and fees are already included in your purchase price. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.
Duty-free thresholds: Due to local customs policies, no import fees will be applied to your order in the following countries, provided you stay under the specified order value:
- Australia: No import fees on orders under $1,000 AUD.
- New Zealand: No import fees on orders under $1,000 NZD.
- Singapore: No import fees on orders under $400 SGD.
For orders exceeding these thresholds in Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore, standard local customs duties and taxes may apply.
Return products
Do you wish to return a product? We’re sad to hear that. But we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. You can return them here in our return portal. If there’s anything unclear, please contact us.
Any product(s) can be returned and exchanged within 14 days after your order has arrived at your address. If you would like to exchange a product, you can select that option in our return portal.
Please note that the product(s) have to be in the same condition as we have provided them to you, otherwise we will not be able to accept the product(s). We will not be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. After we have received the goods and checked them, we will repay you the amount we owe you within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any return costs, and these will be deducted from the repayment.

- Spain: €10
- Sweden: €10
- Denmark: €10
- Italy: €12
- Portugal: €13
- Rest of the European Union (EU): €15
