Our AC93.Wood cap is a performance sports cap crafted from a lightweight custom fabric and built in a classic 5-panel design. Perfect for outdoor workouts in the sun or an autumn road trip.
For this performance cap, we’ve chosen a custom woven fabric mix of 54% TENCEL™ Lyocell and 46% TENCEL™ Modal, making it breathable and odor-repellent in a natural way. Blending plant-based performance and technology, which we’ve named AC93.Wood. To ensure a good fit for everyone, a natural rubber elastic cord has been added, together with a metal cord stopper. So even if you change your hairstyle, this cap will always fit well.
For the visual look, we’ve chosen our classic Deepsea Blue color with black details and combined it with two minimalistic water-based prints instead of embroidery or other print methods, to keep the product as light as possible.

Contrast fabric: 100% organic cotton.
Cord: natural rubber and organic cotton.

This cap is produced in a small factory in Poland, which falls under the EU. They offer their small group of local employees normal working hours, breaks during workdays and obey all EU working condition regulations.
This cap features an adjustable strap, providing a comfortable, one size fit.
Costs and delivery times
Different delivery costs will apply to different countries. These costs will be provided at the checkout. All orders are shipped from The Netherlands. Customs charges may apply to orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU). These charges, such as customs duties, taxes, and fees, are determined by your country's customs policies and regulations. Any of these additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exception: For the United States and United Kingdom, all customs duties, taxes, and fees are already included, so no additional charges will apply upon delivery.
The delivery times can be from 1 to 14 days, depending on the country. After you placed your order, you will get an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery time.
Returns and exchanges
Any product can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after your order has arrived at your address. This can be done through our return portal. After we have received the goods and checked them, we will send you a new product or repay you the amount we owe you within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any return costs, and these will be deducted from the repayment.

Road to Plastic Free
To create completely plastic free caps, we need to innovate on the inner visor material. Most brands don’t even mention this material, but it lies beneath the visor fabric and gives the cap its stiffness. Back in the day, it was made with cardboard, but that didn’t hold its shape well. And when it got wet, it compromised the stiffness, reducing the product's lifespan.

Lots of sportswear use added harmful chemicals like BPA to enhance performance, but we steer clear from these and try to bring out the best that nature itself has to offer.

One of our goals is to have you feel like you always have a piece of nature with you wherever you go. Of course, the materials that we use for our products are at the basis of this, but also for the colors we use, the fitting and overall design, we use nature as a core inspiration.
