After four years of development and more than fifty prototypes, the EX.01 sports sock marks a new chapter in sustainable performance wear. While all sports socks contain some form of synthetic fibers, we collaborated with Forebel to create the world's first sport sock made entirely without plastic. Combining GOTS-certified organic cotton and FSC-certified natural rubber for a naturally elastic, breathable, and comfortable fit.
The undyed yarns create a soft off-white tone that honors its raw materials and reduces environmental impact. Each section of the sock has been carefully engineered to enhance grip, comfort, and performance, proving that technical function and sustainability can exist side by side.
Produced in Turkey by experienced textile specialists, the EX.01 embodies a mission to move beyond synthetic dependence and redefine what sportswear can be. With every pair, you support a step toward a plastic free future and contribute to SockbySock, an NGO fighting overproduction in the textile industry.

This product is designed in our headquarters in The Netherlands. We produce our sportswear locally (within Europe), to ensure sustainability, responsible sourcing, and ethical production. This product is produced together with our partner Forebel at their factory in Turkey.
Costs and delivery times
Different delivery costs will apply to different countries. These costs will be provided at the checkout. All orders are shipped from The Netherlands. Customs charges may apply to orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU). These charges, such as customs duties, taxes, and fees, are determined by your country's customs policies and regulations. Any of these additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exception: For the United States and United Kingdom, all customs duties, taxes, and fees are already included, so no additional charges will apply upon delivery.
The delivery times can be from 1 to 14 days, depending on the country. After you placed your order, you will get an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery time.
Returns and exchanges
Any product can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after your order has arrived at your address. This can be done through our return portal. After we have received the goods and checked them, we will send you a new product or repay you the amount we owe you within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any return costs, and these will be deducted from the repayment.

The beginning of the development of each product in our collection begins with the notion of timelessness. All too often, products go in and out of fashion, creating an artificial lifespan of a product. We want to overcome this idea by creating products that can be worn anywhere and anytime.

We see sustainability and quality not as a checklist, but an ever evolving goal that we set our intentions to. Nothing we make is perfect, but having an open mindset on how things can be improved with new insights and technologies is what we aim to convey through our product development.
Prioritizing health
For every product that we make, we aim to have it as natural and healthy as possible. Finding a balance between performance, sustainability, and health offers a variety of design challenges that we take very seriously. Lots of sportswear use added harmful chemicals like BPA to enhance performance, but we steer clear from these and try to bring out the best that nature itself has to offer.

One of our goals is to have you feel like you always have a piece of nature with you wherever you go. Of course, the materials that we use for our products are at the basis of this, but also for the colors we use, the fitting and overall design, we use nature as a core inspiration.
