Our AC71.Wood sports socks are made for broad usage. With this product, we have aimed to make something that can be used in both high performance situations, as well as in your daily life as an addition to your regular outfits.
The socks are constructed from a very specific combination of materials, which we have tested and tweaked for over a year, to ensure the right mix of performance and comfort. Blending together TENCEL™ modal, organic cotton, recycled PA and elastane into a custom knit.
Knit: 40% TENCEL™ Modal, 40% organic cotton, 17% recycled PA and 3% elastane.
This product is designed in our headquarters in The Netherlands. We produce our sportswear locally (within Europe), to ensure sustainability, responsible sourcing, and ethical production. This product is produced at our factory in Portugal.
Costs and delivery times
Different delivery costs will apply to different countries. These costs will be provided at the checkout. All orders are shipped from The Netherlands. Customs charges may apply to orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU). These charges, such as customs duties, taxes, and fees, are determined by your country's customs policies and regulations. Any of these additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The delivery times can be from 1 to 14 days, depending on the country. After you placed your order, you will get an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery time.
Returns and exchanges
Any product can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after your order has arrived at your address. This can be done through our return portal. After we have received the goods and checked them, we will send you a new product or repay you the amount we owe you within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any return costs, and these will be deducted from the repayment.

These socks are made from 40% TENCEL™ Modal, 40% organic cotton, 17% recycled PA and 3% elastane, which has been processed into a custom knit. This knit and design combination is called AC71.Wood.
Featuring same yarn jacquard-knit logos integrated into the sock’s construction for long lasting detail and comfort.

Road to Plastic Free
One major challenge for performance socks is finding the right balance between stretch and materials that can be used. While we are very far in the process of creating plastic free sports socks, the main material for those socks will be organic cotton, which is not ideal for all situations that require high performance. We are sure that in a few years, no more plastic is needed for any of the socks that we produce. But for now, these are the most sustainable allround performance socks that we can produce with the conventional technology.

The beginning of the development of each product in our collection begins with the notion of timelessness. All too often, products go in and out of fashion, creating an artificial lifespan of a product. We want to overcome this idea by creating products that can be worn anywhere and anytime.

We see sustainability and quality not as a checklist, but an ever evolving goal that we set our intentions to. Nothing we make is perfect, but having an open mindset on how things can be improved with new insights and technologies is what we aim to convey through our product development.
Prioritizing health
For every product that we make, we aim to have it as natural and healthy as possible. Finding a balance between performance, sustainability, and health offers a variety of design challenges that we take very seriously. Lots of sportswear use added harmful chemicals like BPA to enhance performance, but we steer clear from these and try to bring out the best that nature itself has to offer.
Homage to nature
One of our goals is to have you feel like you always have a piece of nature with you wherever you go. Of course, the materials that we use for our products are at the basis of this, but also for the colors we use, the fitting and overall design, we use nature as a core inspiration.
